Attention novice Colorado Campers: Colorado Parks and Wildlife wants you to get camping! Introduce your family to the great outdoors through our 2013 Let’s Camp! Program. Experienced staff and volunteers will teach the basics of camping – from setting up tents to smoothly taking things down – to you and your family in the relaxing and fun environment of Colorado’s state parks.
The Let’s Camp! Program will take place from Sunday morning through Monday afternoon. The fee includes the family’s campsite and park entrance fees (for up to six people plus program activities, instruction and the use of basic camping equipment. Loaner equipment is available for use, but participants must bring their own food, sleeping bags and personal items. The summer dates are:
